White Sands Technical Services (WTS) is a New Mexico-based Joint Venture formed by Zia Engineering & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (Zia) and DDL OMNI Engineering LLC. Headquartered in Las Cruces, New Mexico, WTS is just a short distance from the White Sands Missile Range and also has branch offices throughout the United States.
